The project inhabits two Manhattan blocks between 40th to 42nd streets and 8th to 9th avenues; currently occupied by Port Authority. The proposal examines new models of domestic life and public life.

The design tackles two main objectives:
The first is to engage the public with the architecture across different levels, starting at the ground floor and expanding both, vertically and horizontally. The second is to define a lifestyle to attract a culture of collective space and personalized living. The floor slabs were divided into plots ranging from 60sq.mt. to 140 sq.mt. The resident would purchase a pre-fab unit (studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom) adding it to their plot of land, while not exceeding 60% of the total plot area. This gives the buyer an incentive to customize their plots into their own and thus creating an interplay throughout the towers. The end goal of the project is to introduce a new unique urban fabric to New York City.
